I began in private equity and venture, learning how capital behaves when incentives are aligned and data is honest. From there, I moved into operations, where physics, people, and regulation decide the truth every day.
In Brazil, I founded Bio Clean Energy S.A., leading both greenfield and brownfield projects from site selection and permitting through EPC commissioning, ANP certification, lab quality systems, and day-to-day plant performance. I managed budgets exceeding $150 million and teams of more than 300 people, gaining a deep respect for the full stack, from feedstock to customer delivery.
I have also led in regulated consumer markets. As an executive with North Star Cannabis, I helped scale the company to a state leader through licensing execution, seed-to-sale compliance, facility buildouts, and brand growth, supported by disciplined P&L and operating controls. That experience reinforced a core belief: lasting value comes from reliable operations, clear governance, and transparent books.
I am a blockchain patent holder focused on traceability and audit in complex supply chains, and the named inventor of a nanotech reactor concept designed to improve efficiency and tighten process control. I write about AI strategy and vertical operations because technology only matters when it improves throughput, quality, safety, and trust.
